After munching my way through almost a whole bag of toffee popcorn and white chocolate buttons, I decided that they were a delicious combination. Here's a quick and simple recipe combining the two.
The next day in the kitchen, I melted 150g of white chocolate. I prepped a baking sheet with a sheet of silicone then poured spoonfuls of the melted chocolate onto the sheet to form disks. before the chocolate set, I sprinkled the broken crumbs of toffee popcorn from the bottom of the bag onto each disk. To top, I melted 50g of milk chocolate to drizzle on top. Refrigerate for a couple of hours until hard.
